How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Anyone who contacts Bangdistricts Garage Doors should be treated fairly and honestly. If that wasn't your experience, please tell us. This page shows how to make a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You're welcome to write to us about:
- How your call or message to Bangdistricts Garage Doors was handled
- The way your personal information was treated
- Anything on the site that looks unclear or wrong
- How a provider we connected you with behaved
When the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one handles its own quotes, prices, workmanship and customer service. If you're unhappy with work on your garage door, a good first step is to contact the provider directly and keep written notes.
Please let us know too. Feedback about providers helps keep the network honest, and providers that repeatedly fall short may be removed. Bangdistricts Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions on a provider's behalf.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@bangdistricts.garden and include:
- Your name and contact details
- When you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number or form you used, if you know it
- The provider's name, if you have it
- What happened, and what result you hope for
What Happens Next
We'll confirm by email that we got your message, usually within a few business days. Then we'll look into it. That may include reaching out to the provider. After that, we'll reply with what we found and any action we're taking.
If You're Still Unhappy
If our answer doesn't satisfy you, reply and ask for another review. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or the Better Business Bureau. If the provider is licensed, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
